INGREDIENTS
- 200 GRAMS SOAKED CHICKPEAS
- 3 CLOVE OF GARLIC
- 2 T/S TAHINI
- 2 T/S FRESHLY CHOPPED DILL (OPTIONAL)
- SALT TO TASTE
- 2 T/S LIME JUICE
- 4 T/S OLIVE OIL
- LITTLE BIT OF WATER
METHOD
- IN A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD SOAKED CHICKPEAS,GARLIC, TAHINI,AND SALT.
- NOW BLEND IT. AFTER BLENDING FOR 2 MINUTES NOW ADD ADD 50-60 ML OF WATER AND LIME JUICE AND AGAIN BLEND IT FOR 5 MINUTES OR TILL IT BECOME VERY FINE AND SMOOTH PURY OF IT.
- NOW FOR PLATTING TIME. SO FOR THIS TAKE A BEAUTIFUL BOWL AND ALL HUMMUS IN IT NOW ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED DILL I LIKE DILL SO USED IT IN DISH BUT YOU CAN ALSO FRESHLY CHOPPED PARSLEY OR CORIANDER OR AS WELL AS YOU CAN SKIP IT.
- NOW MIX IT WELL.
- NOW DRIZZLE THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IN HUMMUS.
- YOUR HUMMUS IS READY TO SERVE.
