  • 2 T/S LIME JUICE
  • 4 T/S OLIVE OIL
  • LITTLE BIT OF WATER
METHOD
  • IN A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD SOAKED CHICKPEAS,GARLIC, TAHINI,AND SALT.
  • NOW BLEND IT. AFTER BLENDING FOR 2 MINUTES NOW ADD ADD 50-60 ML OF WATER AND LIME JUICE AND AGAIN BLEND IT FOR 5 MINUTES OR TILL IT BECOME VERY FINE AND SMOOTH PURY OF IT.
  • NOW FOR PLATTING TIME. SO FOR THIS TAKE A BEAUTIFUL BOWL AND ALL HUMMUS IN IT NOW ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED DILL I LIKE DILL SO USED IT IN DISH BUT YOU CAN ALSO FRESHLY CHOPPED PARSLEY OR CORIANDER OR AS WELL AS YOU CAN SKIP IT.
  • NOW MIX IT WELL.
  • NOW DRIZZLE THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IN HUMMUS.
  • YOUR HUMMUS IS READY TO SERVE.
