INGREDIENTS
- 200 GRAMS RICE FLOUR
- 2 T/S GARLIC POWDER
- 1 T/S CAROM SEEDS
- SALT TO TASTE
- 3 T/S CHILLI FLAKES
- WATER AS REQUIRED
- OIL FOR DEEP-FRYING
METHOD
- TAKE A BOWL. ADD RICE FLOUR,GARLIC POWDER,CAROM SEEDS,CHILLI FLAKES AND SALT TO TASTE.
- NOW ADD WATER AS REQUIRED (NOTE:-IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR CRACKERS CRISPY THEN DO NOT ADD MORE WATER OTHERWISE IT WILL BECOME STICKY AND YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE YOUR DOUGH SO FOR THAT YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU ARE MAKING SOME CRISHPY SIDE SNACKS DO NOT MAKE MORE WATER)
- MAKE A LILLTE HARD DOUGH.
- NOW TAKE A ROUND SHAPE CUTTER. FIRST YOU TAKE A SMALL PART OF DOUGH AND ROUND IT WHEN IT BECOME THIN FLAT BREAD SHAPE YOU CUT IT FROM CUTTER.
- HEAT A PAN ADD OIL BECAUSE WE ARE MAKIN A DEEP FRIED SNACKS SO YOU HAVE TO ADD OIL IN TO YOUR PAN.(DO NOT USE ANY KIND OF HEAVY OIL FOR DEEP FRYING DISHES.)
- NOW DEEP FRY THE ALL GARLIC RICE CRACKERS. WHEN IT BECOME GOLDEN BROWN COLOR KEEP IT SIDE FROM PAN AND LET IT COOL DOWN.
- YOUR GARLIC RICE CRACKERS IS READY TO SERVE WITH ANY KIND OF DIP OR ELSE YOU CAN SKIP THE DISH.(YOU CAN PRESERVE YOUR CRACKERS IN TO AIR-TIGHT JAR FOR 15 DAYS.)
