INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 CUP FLOUR
  • 300 GRM CHOCOLATE
  • 200 GRM BUTTER
  • 100 GRM COCOA POWDER
  • 200 GRM MILKMAID
  • 150 GRM CHOPPED WALNUT & (ALMOND AND CASHEW OPTIONAL)
  • 1 CUP OF MILK
  • 20 GRM OF BAKING POWDER
  • 1 CUP OF CASTOR SUGAR
METHOD
  • FIRST OF ALL MELT THE CHOCOLATE IN DOUBLE BOILER.
  • ADD BUTTER IN THE MELTED CHOCOLATE.
  • NOW MIX CASTOR SUGAR AND MILKMAID IN A BOWL.
  • NOW MIX THE MIXTURE OF CHOCOLATE AND THE MIXTURE OF MILKMAID.
  • ADD FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND COCOA POWDER IN THE PREPARED MIXTURE.
  • NOW MIX THIS MIXTURE PROPERLY, ADD MILK AND HALF OF CHOPPED WALNUTS AFTER MIXING IT.(NOTE:- YOU CAN ALSO USE ALMOND AND CASHEW IF YOU WANT)
  • NOW TAKE A BAKING TRAY SET THE MIXTURE IN IT. AND SCATTER REMAINING CHOPPED WALNUT ON IT.
  • NOW KEEP IT IN A OVEN AT 180C FOR 25 MINTUES.
