Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

BANANA PEACH LASSI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 BANANA
  • 1 PEACH JUICE
  • 50 ML LIQUID YOGURT
  • POWDER SUGAR AS PER TASTE
  • GRATED COCONUT (OPTIONAL)
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A BLENDER ADD BANANA, PEACH, YOGURT AND SUGAR AND BLEND IT.
  • NOW ADD GRATED COCONUT IN IT AND MIX IT WELL.(NOTE:- THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL)
  • TAKE IT OUT IN A GLASS.
  • FOR DECORATION YOU CAN USE ORANGE(NOT NECESSARY).
