- 25 DRIED CHILIES
- 2 T/S VINEGAR
- 2 T/S CHOPPED GARLIC
- 1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ONION
- 1 T/S SUGAR
- 2 T/S TOMATO KETCHUP
- 2 MINI TOMATOES
- 1 T/S ROASTED CORIANDER SEED
- 1 T/S CORNSTARCH
- SALT TO TASTE
- OIL AS REQUIRED

- BOIL THE DRIED CHILI OR SOAK THE CHILI OVER NIGHT. BLEND IT WITH TOMATOES AND SOME RAW GARLIC. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE OF IT.
- HEAT THE PAN.ADD OIL THEN ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND TOSS IT THEN ADD SOME ONION.
- ADD THE PASTE INTO PAN AND START BOILING IT. SEASON WITH SOME SALT AND SUGAR. THEN ADD VINEGAR AND KETCHUP. MIX IT WELL.
- AT LAST ADD THE CORNSTARCH AND COOKED IT UNTIL IT BECOME THICK AND SOFT.
- STORE IN THE AIR TIGHT JAR AND PUT IT IN TO FREEZE.
