  • 25 DRIED CHILIES
  • 2 T/S VINEGAR
  • 2 T/S CHOPPED GARLIC
  • 1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 T/S SUGAR
  • 2 T/S TOMATO KETCHUP
  • 2 MINI TOMATOES
  • 1 T/S ROASTED CORIANDER SEED
  • 1 T/S CORNSTARCH
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • OIL AS REQUIRED

  • BOIL THE DRIED CHILI OR SOAK THE CHILI OVER NIGHT. BLEND IT WITH TOMATOES AND SOME RAW GARLIC. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE OF IT.
  • HEAT THE PAN.ADD OIL THEN ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND TOSS IT THEN ADD SOME ONION.
  • ADD THE PASTE INTO PAN AND START BOILING IT. SEASON WITH SOME SALT AND SUGAR. THEN ADD VINEGAR AND KETCHUP. MIX IT WELL.
  • AT LAST ADD THE CORNSTARCH AND COOKED IT UNTIL IT BECOME THICK AND SOFT.
  • STORE IN THE AIR TIGHT JAR AND PUT IT IN TO FREEZE.
