  • 200 GRAMS PEELED SHRIMP
  • 2 T/S CHOPPED GARLIC
  • 2 T/S CHILI FLAKES
  • 5 T/S VEGETABLE OIL
  • 4 T/S FISH SAUCE
  • 1 T/S TAMARIND JUICE
  • 2 FINE CHOPPED SPRING ONION
  • 1 T/S PALM SUGAR
  • 2 1/2 T/S DRIED SHRIMP
  • 300 GRAMS THIN NOODLES
  • 150 GRAMS BEAN SPROUTS
  • 1 EGG
  • 1/4 LIME JUICE

  • SOAK THE NOODLES FOR 5 MINS IN WATER BEFORE COOKING. 
  • HEAT THE WOK.ADD VEGETABLE OIL THEN ADD GARLIC AND ONION AND TOSS IT.
  • NOW ADD THE SHRIMP. AFTER 2 MINS ADD  NOODLES AND STIR IT. THEN ADD FISH SAUCE, PALM SUGAR,TAMARIND JUICE AND STIR IT.
  • NOW ADD DRIED SHRIMP AND AGAIN TOSS IT WELL.
  • CRACK THE EGG IN TO ANOTHER PAN AND SPREAD IT THINLY. NOW MIX PREPARED NOODLES WITH IT . 
  • SERVE THE HOT DISH WITH SOME LIME.
