  • VEGETABLE STOCK AS REQUIRED
  • SEASONING WITH SALT AND PEPPER
  • 250 ML SOUR CREAM
  • 1 T/S MINT LEAVE
  • 1 CHOPPED SPICY CHILI

STEP 1:-
BOIL THE RAW BEETROOT. WHEN IT GETS COMPLETELY COOKED. BLEND IT WITH ALL INGREDIENTS. AND BLEND IT UNTIL ITS BECOMES SMOOTH.
