Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

SOM TUM (PAPAYA SALAD)

  • 150 GRAMS SHREDDED PAPAYA
  • 4 CLOVE GARLIC
  • 1 SHARP CHILI
  • 25 GRAMS CHERRY TOMATOES
  • 30 GRAMS BEANS CHOPPED IN TO PIECE
  • 1 1/2 ROASTED PEANUTS
  • 1 T/S FISH SAUCE
  • 1 T/S LIME JUICE
  • 8 GRAMS DRIED SHRIMP
  • PINCH OF PALM SUGAR
  • 1/4 CHOPPED CABBAGE IN LARGE PIECES

  • ROUGHLY CRUSH THE GARLIC AND SHARP CHILI IN PESTAL AND MORTAR. 
  • ADD LONG BEANS, AND PEANUTS THEN ADD DRIED SHRIMP. AGAIN MIX IT WELL.
  • SEASON WITH PALM SUGAR, FISH SAUCE AND LIME JUICE. NOW ADD SHREDDED PAPAYA AND STIR IT. NOW ADD TOMATOES. 
  • SERVE WITH CABBAGE AND LONG BEANS.
