Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

  • 1/2 CUP SLICED RADISH
  • 1/2 CUP LETTUCE LEAVES
  • 1/2 CUP SLICED CARROTS
  • 1/2 CUP SALAD LEAVES
  • 1 T/S SPRING ONION
  • 1 T/S SPICY SLICED CHILI
  • 1/4 CUP RICE WINE VINEGAR
  • 1 T/S SUGAR
  • 2 T/S FISH SAUCE (OPTIONAL FOR VEGETARIANS)
  • 1/4 CUP DASHI
  • FULL HAND OF CORIANDER LEAVES

  • MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL AND TOSS IT. 
  • MAKE A DRESSING WITH WITH RICE WINE VINEGAR, SUGAR, FISH SAUCE,DASHI AND SPICY SLICED CHILI, AND MIX IT WELL.
  • ADD IT IN SALAD AND AGAIN TOSS IT WELL.
  • AT LAST ADD CORIANDER LEAVE FOR FRESHNESS AND SERVE IT.
