Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

  • 1 CUP. GARLIC MUSTARD GREENS
  • 1/2 CUP. BASIL
  • 1/4 CUP. TOASTED PINE NUTS
  • 3 BIG CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1/2 CUP. OLIVE OIL

STEP 1:-

  • IN A FOOD PROCESSOR, COMBINE GARLIC MUSTARD, BASIL, PINE NUTS, ,GARLIC AND LEMON JUICE.

STEP 2:-

  • SLOWLY POUR THE OLIVE OIL THROUGH THE FEED TUBE AND PROCESS UNTIL THE PESTO IS FINELY PUREED.
