Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

  • 2 LARGE AVOCADOS
  • 2 FINELY CHOPPED CHILIES
  • 2 T/S CHOPPED CORIANDER
  • 1 T/S CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 T/S FINELY
  • LIME JUICE
  • SALT TO TASTE

STEP 1:-

  • CUT THE AVOCADOS IN HALF. REMOVE THE STONE AND SCOOP OUT THE PULP OF AVOCADO. MASH WITH A SPOON.

STEP 2:-

  • TAKE A LARGE BOWL.THE AVOCADO, CHILI, ONION, TOMATO AND CORIANDER. AND MIXED IT WELL.

STEP 3:-

  • ADD DROPS OF LIME JUICE  AND SALT.


##SERVE IT WITH PITTA BREAD OR TOASTED ENGLISH BREAD##
