- 1 CLOVE GARLIC
- 2 CUP SPINACH
- 1 CUP GARLIC MUSTARD GREENS
- 1/2 CUP RICOTTA CHEESE
- 1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/4 TOMATO FRESH OR DRIED TOMATO
- 6 SHEETS FRESH PASTA
- 2 T/S BUTTER
- SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE.

STEP 1:-
- HEAT THE BUTTER IN PAN AND ADD GARLIC, COOK UNTIL TENDER.NOW ADD SPINACH AND GARLIC MUSTARD TO COOK.
STEP 2:-
- SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. REMOVE THE PAN AND CHOP ALL THE GREEN VEGGIE. MIX CHEESE AND TOMATO WITH GREENS VEGGIE.
STEP 3:-
- CUT PASTA SHEETS TO DESIRED SIZE. FILL THE PASTA WITH THE MIXTURE. ADD RAVIOLIS INTO BOILING WATER, WAIT UNTIL IT FLOATS. THEN FINISH IT WITH MEAT SAUCE.
