  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC
  • 2 CUP SPINACH
  • 1 CUP GARLIC MUSTARD GREENS
  • 1/2 CUP RICOTTA CHEESE
  • 1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1/4 TOMATO FRESH OR DRIED TOMATO
  • 6 SHEETS FRESH PASTA
  • 2 T/S BUTTER
  • SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE.

STEP 1:-

  • HEAT THE BUTTER IN PAN AND ADD GARLIC, COOK UNTIL TENDER.NOW ADD SPINACH AND GARLIC MUSTARD TO COOK.

STEP 2:-

  • SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. REMOVE THE PAN AND CHOP ALL THE GREEN VEGGIE. MIX CHEESE AND TOMATO WITH GREENS VEGGIE. 

STEP 3:-

  • CUT PASTA SHEETS TO DESIRED SIZE. FILL THE PASTA WITH THE MIXTURE. ADD RAVIOLIS INTO BOILING WATER, WAIT UNTIL IT FLOATS. THEN FINISH IT WITH MEAT SAUCE.
