  • 50 GRAMS OF MIX VEGGIES SLICE (CAPSICUM, CARROT, ONION, TOMATO)
  • 2 T/S HOMEMADE SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
  • 1 T/S CHAAT MASALA
  • PINCH OF CHILI POWDER
  • SCRAMBLE CHEESE
  • 2 BIG SIZE ALUMINIUM FOIL

  • TAKE A BANANA LEAF.AND ADD MASH POTATO OVER THE BANANA LEAF.THEN ADD OUR VEGETABLES THEN MIX HOMEMADE SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY AND CHEESE OVER IT.
  • MIX CHAAT MASALA AND WARP IT LIKE A PARCEL THEN COVER WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL.
  • COOK IT OVER THE BBQ OR CHARCOAL AND COOKED IT FOR 5 MINS SIDE BY SIDE.
  • OPEN THE PARCEL AND GARNISH WITH THE CORIANDER LEAVES.
