  • 20 DRIED SOAKED CHILLI
  • 25 CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • 1 INCH. GINGER FINE CHOPPED
  • 1 MEDIUM SIZE ONION
  • 1 SMALL TOMATO
  • 1 T/S VINEGAR
  • 1 T/S SOYA SAUCE
  • 1 T/S SUGAR
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • OIL

  • SOAKED THE DRIED RED CHILIES IN HOT WATER FOR 1 HOUR.
  • TAKE A BLENDER AND ADD TOMATO AND 5 GARLIC CLOVE AND BLEND IT TILL IT COME SMOOTH.
  • HEAT THE PAN.ADD OIL THEN CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC AND TOSS THEN ADD CHOPPED ONION AND TOSS IT THEN THE PASTE OF CHILI PUT IN IT AND STIR FRY.NOW ADD VINEGAR, SALT, SUGAR AND SOYA SAUCE AND COOKED IT UNTIL BECOME THICK AND SMOOTH.
