- 4 SLICE OF ANY KIND OF BREAD
- 100 GRAMS OF BONELESS FISH(CUT AS FINGER SIZE)
- PLATE OF DRIED BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 BEATEN EGG
- 2 RED CHILI CHOPPED
- 2 GARLIC CLOVE
- OIL FOR SHALLOW FRYING
- 2 T/S KETCHUP
- 2 BIG T/S OF MIX HERBS
- SALT TO TASTE.

- HEAT THE PAN. ADD OIL AND CHOPPED GARLIC NOW THE POTATO FRENCH FRIES AND PINCH OF SALT THEN MIX TOMATO KETCHUP AND TOSS IT WELL.
- MARINATE THE FISH WITH OIL AND CHILI FLAKES AND SEASONING WITH SALT. RUB THE FISH FINGER NOW DIP IN THE BEATEN EGG THEN MIX THE HERBS IN BREAD CRUMBS AND THE COAT THE FISH WITH IT.
- HEAT THE PAN AND SHALLOW FRY THE FISH.
- MAKE A TWO SANDWICH OF POTATO FRENCH FRIES AND FISH FINGERS WITH SOME TOMATO KETCHUP
