- NOW ADD CABBAGE, ONIONS, GINGER, GARLIC, GREEN CHILI, RED CHILI POWDER, GARAM MASALA, SALT, TURMERIC POWDER, CORN FLOUR, OIL AND MIX IT WELL.
- NOW MAKE A PATTIES TO FRY.
