WHITE KIDNEY BEANS HALVA
NOTE:- TO MAKE THIS DESSERT YOU SHOULD SOAK THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS INTO WATER AT NIGHT ( OR 8-9 HOURS BEFORE MAKING IT).
#### INGREDIENTS ####
- 500 GRAMS WHITE KIDNEY BEANS
- 250 GRAMS GHEE (BUTTER)
- 100 GRAMS ALMOND
- 4 GRAMS GRIND CARDAMOM
- 400 GRAMS SUGAR
- 400 GRAM WATER
- YELLOW FOOD COLOR
#### METHOD####
- FIRST TAKE OFF THE COVER OF SOAKED WHITE KIDNEY BEANS.
- GRIND THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS UNTILL IT BECOMES THICK.
- HEAT A PAN ADD BUTTER IN IT AND ADD THE GRIND WHITE KIDNEY BEANS INTO IT AND STIR IT UNTILL IT TURNS INTO LIGHT PINK.
- HEAT THE PAN ADD WATER IN IT AND ADD SUGAR AND YELLOW FOOD COLOR , AND STIR IT TILL THE SUGAR GET MELT AND BOIL IT FOR 3-4 TIMES.
- THEN ADD THE SUGAR MELT WATER INTO THE GRIND WHITE KIDNEY BEANS PURY.
- THEN STIR IT UNTILL THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS SOAK THE SUGAR MELT WATER.
- THEN CUT THE ALMONDS INTO SMALL PIECES AND GARNISH IT UPON THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS WITH GRIND CARDAMOM.
