Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

NOTE:- TO MAKE THIS DESSERT YOU SHOULD SOAK THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS INTO WATER AT NIGHT ( OR 8-9 HOURS BEFORE MAKING IT).


#### INGREDIENTS ####

  • 500 GRAMS WHITE KIDNEY BEANS
  • 250 GRAMS GHEE (BUTTER)
  • 100 GRAMS ALMOND
  • 4 GRAMS GRIND CARDAMOM
  • 400 GRAMS SUGAR
  • 400 GRAM WATER
  • YELLOW FOOD COLOR

#### METHOD####

  • FIRST TAKE OFF THE COVER OF SOAKED WHITE KIDNEY BEANS.
  • GRIND THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS UNTILL IT BECOMES THICK.
  • HEAT A PAN ADD BUTTER IN IT AND ADD THE GRIND WHITE KIDNEY BEANS INTO IT AND STIR IT UNTILL IT TURNS INTO LIGHT PINK.
  • HEAT THE PAN ADD WATER IN IT AND ADD SUGAR AND YELLOW FOOD COLOR , AND STIR IT TILL THE SUGAR GET MELT AND BOIL IT FOR 3-4 TIMES.
  • THEN ADD THE SUGAR MELT WATER INTO THE GRIND WHITE KIDNEY BEANS PURY.
  • THEN STIR IT UNTILL THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS SOAK THE SUGAR MELT WATER.
  • THEN CUT THE ALMONDS INTO SMALL PIECES AND GARNISH IT UPON THE WHITE KIDNEY BEANS WITH GRIND CARDAMOM.
