  • 120 GRAMS PANEER
  • 100 GRAMS PAPAD
  • 2 T/S GREEN CORIENDER
  • 1 T/S CREAM FOR SMOOTHNESS
  • 1/2 CHILLI POWDER
  • 1 T/S GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 T/S LIME JUICE
  • 1/2 T/S BLACK PAPER
  • 2 T/S CHAAT MASALA
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRYING


****METHOD****


  • TAKE A BOWL MIX THE ALL INGREDIENTS (CORIENDER, CREAM, SALT, PEPPER,CHILLI POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, LIME JUICE) MIX IT WELL.
  • CUT THE PANEER IN LONG AND THIN SIZE.AND MIX IN THE MARINATE. 
  • TAKE A PAPAD.DROP SOME WATER OVER IT.AND SPREAD IT WITH SOFT HAND NOW THE PAPAD IS SOFT THEN STUFF THE MARINATED PANEER IN TO THIS.AND DEEP FRIED IT.
  • SERVE WITH THE CHAAT POWDER AND RED CHILLI.
