HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLES STUFF IN PAPAD
####INGREDIENTS####
- 120 GRAMS PANEER
- 100 GRAMS PAPAD
- 2 T/S GREEN CORIENDER
- 1 T/S CREAM FOR SMOOTHNESS
- 1/2 CHILLI POWDER
- 1 T/S GARLIC POWDER
- 1 T/S LIME JUICE
- 1/2 T/S BLACK PAPER
- 2 T/S CHAAT MASALA
- SALT TO TASTE
- VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRYING
****METHOD****
- TAKE A BOWL MIX THE ALL INGREDIENTS (CORIENDER, CREAM, SALT, PEPPER,CHILLI POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, LIME JUICE) MIX IT WELL.
- CUT THE PANEER IN LONG AND THIN SIZE.AND MIX IN THE MARINATE.
- TAKE A PAPAD.DROP SOME WATER OVER IT.AND SPREAD IT WITH SOFT HAND NOW THE PAPAD IS SOFT THEN STUFF THE MARINATED PANEER IN TO THIS.AND DEEP FRIED IT.
- SERVE WITH THE CHAAT POWDER AND RED CHILLI.
