  • SALT AS PER TASTE.
  • 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE.
  • 1 TBSP BLACK PEPPER.
  • 3 PEELED CLOVES OF GARLIC(CRUSED).
  • GREEN CHILLI AS PER SPICENESS (FINELY CHOPPED OR CRUSED).
  • 2 CUP SPROUTED BLACK GRAM.

  • TAKE A PAN AND ADD OIL IN IT, LET IT GET HEATED.
  • NOW ADD THE CRUSHED GARLIC INTO THE OIL AND LET IT FRY, THEN ADD SPROUTED BLACK GRAM IN IT.
  • NOW ADD SALT, GREEN CHILLI, LEMON JUICE AND BLACK PEPPER IN IT AND FRY IT FOR SOME TIME.
