SPICY CHICKEN PANEER ROLLS

CHICKEN PANEER ROLLS:-
INGREDIENTS:-
  • 700 GRAMS CHICKEN BREAST.
  • 250 GRAMS COTTAGE CHEESE.
  • 100 GRAMS TACCO BREAD.
  • 20 ML DARK SOYA SAUCE( YOU CAN USE LIGHT SOYA SAUCE TOO..).
  • CHILLI FLAKES ( ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE).
  • 2 GREEN CHILLI.
  • GINGER POWDER( ACCORDING TO TASTE).
  • GARLIC POWDER (ACCORDING TO TASTE).
  • 1t/s ALL GROUND  SPICE.
  • SALT (ACCORDING TO TASTE).
  • 1/2 BROWN SUGAR.
  • 1 LIME JUICE.
  • LETTUCE LEAVES AND PARSLEY (FINE SLICE AND ROAST AND LIGHT STIR FRY).
  • OLIVE OIL/ VEGETABLE OIL/ GARLIC OIL ( AS PER YOUR CHOICE).
METHOD:-
  • HEAT THE PAN ..AND ADD OIL IN IT.
  • SLICE THE CHICKEN BREAST AND PUT IT IN THE HOT PAN.
  • ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER, CHILLI FLAKES, 2 FINE CHOPPED CHILLI, BROWN SUGAR, GARLIC POWDER,GINGER POWDER, LIME JUICE.
  • STIR IT WELL. IT WILL GET COOKED IN 10-15 MINS..
  • STIR THE ANOTHER VEGETABLES AND HERBS ( LIKE CABBAGE, MINT, PARSLEY, BASIL, LETTUCE, ETC.).
  • GRATED THE COTTAGE CHEESE.
  • TAKE THE ONE PIECE OF TACCO..
  • ADD THE CHICKEN PIECES, VEGETABLES AND HERBS AND ALSO LARGE AMOUNT OF GRATED CHEESE.
  • WRAP IT WELL OR ROLL IT.
