  • 2 CABBAGE LAYERS. 
  • 2 FINELY CHOPPED ONION. 
  • 1 FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES. 
  • 1 T/S SOYA SAUCE. 
  • 1 T/S CHILLI SAUCE. 
  • RED CHILLI (ACCORDING TO REQUIRMENT). 
  • GARLIC (ACCORDING TO REQUIRMENT).  
  • GINGER (ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUIRMENT). 
  • SALT (AS PER TASTE). 
  • 2 T/S VEGETABLE OIL. 
  • CHEESE (AS PER REQUIRMENT).

  •  TAKE SOME WATER AND PUT IT ON AN FURNANCE. PUT CABBAGE LAYERS INTO THE WATER AND LET IT BOIL FOR TWO MINUTES. 
  •  TAKE A PAN ADD VEGETABLE OIL IN IT. NOW FIRST ADD GARLIC, GINGER AND RED CHILLI INTO THE PAN THEN FINELY CHOPPED ONION THEN FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES. 
  • THEN ADD SALT AND FRY ALL THE THINGS WELL, THEN ADD SOYA AND CHILLI SAUCE IN IT. 
  •  NOW TAKE THE CABBAGE LAYER PUT FRIED STUFF IN IT, AND ADD CHEESE AS PER YOUR TASTE. 
  • NOW ROLL YOUR CABBAGE LAYER AND PUT ONE TOOTHPIC ON IT TO HOLD THE SHAPE.
  • FOR GARNISHING USE MINT AND CORIANDER.
