  • 1/2 T/S MUSTARD
  • 1 T/S LEMON ZEST
  • 50 ML LEMON JUICE
  • 10 CURRY LEAVES
  • 1/2 ASFATEDIA
  • 1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION CHOPPED
  • 2 WHOLE DRY CHILLI
  • 5 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  • CORIENDER LEAVES
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 2 T/S DRY ROASTED COCONUT
  • 4 T/S OIL

  • TAKE A PAN.HEAT THE OIL.ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, ASFATEDIA, CURRY LEAVES AND CHOPPED ONION AND WHOLE RED CHILLI AND CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI.
  • ADD TURMERIC AND BOILED RICE AND MIXED IT WELL.
  • ADD LEMON JUICE.AND SALT TO TASTE. STIR IT.COOKED IT FOR 2-3 MINS.
  • AT LAST MIX CORIENDER AND MIX IT.
