- 250 GRAMS BOILED BASMATI RICE
- 2 T/S TURMERIC
- 1/2 T/S MUSTARD
- 1 T/S LEMON ZEST
- 50 ML LEMON JUICE
- 10 CURRY LEAVES
- 1/2 ASFATEDIA
- 1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION CHOPPED
- 2 WHOLE DRY CHILLI
- 5 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
- CORIENDER LEAVES
- SALT TO TASTE
- 2 T/S DRY ROASTED COCONUT
- 4 T/S OIL

- TAKE A PAN.HEAT THE OIL.ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, ASFATEDIA, CURRY LEAVES AND CHOPPED ONION AND WHOLE RED CHILLI AND CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI.
- ADD TURMERIC AND BOILED RICE AND MIXED IT WELL.
- ADD LEMON JUICE.AND SALT TO TASTE. STIR IT.COOKED IT FOR 2-3 MINS.
- AT LAST MIX CORIENDER AND MIX IT.
