RED CHILLI GARLIC MIX CHUTNEY

(NOTE:- TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU SHOULD BE PRE-DECIDED. ITS NOT LIKE OTHER RECIPES WHICH CAN BE MADE AT INSTANT DECISION)

!!!!! INGREDIENTS !!!!!

  • 4 T/S VEGETABLE OIL.
  • 5 RED WET CHILLI ( FIRST TAKE A DRY CHILLI AND SOAK IT INTO WATER).
  • 6 GARLIC CLOVES.
  • SALT ( AS PER REQUIRMENT).
  • 1/2 T/S GARAM MASALA.
  • 1 T/S CUMIN SEEDS.
  • 3 T/S CORIANDER POWDER.
  • 1/2 MANGO POWDER.
  • 3 CUP WATER.

!!!!! METHOD !!!!!

  • TAKE 5 DRY CHILLI AND SOAK IT INTO WATER( THIS PROCESS MUST BE DONE BEFORE 8-9 HOURS MAKING THIS RECIPE).
  • AFTER THE DRY CHILLI GOT WET, CRUSH IT USING TRADITIONAL METHOD, AFTER CRUSHING IT TAKE IT INTO A SEPERATE BOWL.( YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE THE OIL INTO PAN BEFORE CRUSHING THE WET CHILLI, AS THE CRUSHING THE WET CHILLI WILL CONSUME TIME).
  • TAKE A PAN AND PUT OIL IN IT AND PUT IT ON TO GET HEATED.
  • THEN CRUSH THE GARLIC CLOVES.
  • THEN TAKE ONE BOWL ADD CRUSHED GARLIC, SALT, GARAM MASALA, CORIANDER POWDER, MANGO POWDER IN IT.
  • THEN ADD WATER IN BOTH THE BOWL, ONE BOWL OF CRUSHED WET CHILLI AND ONE OF CRUSHED GARLIC AND OF OTHER MIX SPICES.
  • THEN ADD THE CUMIN SEED INTO THE PRE-HEATED OIL, THEN ADD CRUSHED CHILLI GRAVY INTO THE OIL AND LET IT GET HEATED FOR 2 MINS, THEN ADD THE GARLIC MIX GRAVY INTO IT.
  • LET IT GET HEATED UNTILL ITS BECOME THICK.
