  • 1/2 CUP OF GREEN PORTIONS OF SPRING ONION
  • 1 T/S DARK SOYA SAUCE
  • PEANUT OIL
  • SALT TO TASTE 
  • 2 LARGE T/S OF CORIENDER

  • HEAT THE PAN. ADD OIL THEN ADD CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC, ONIONS, AND CHILLI THEN MIX THE VEGETABLES AND TOSS IT WELL FOR 3 MINS.
  • ADD BOILED PRAWNS.THEN ADD GARAM MASALA AND TOSS IT WELL. THEN ADD BOILED LONG GRAIN RICE AND SALT THEN SOYA SAUCE AND MIX IT WELL.
  • COOKED IT FOR 5 MINS.DURING THE 5 MINS HEAT ANOTHER PAN AND BEAT THE EGG THE SCRAMBLE IN THE PAN THEN MIX THE OUR SCRAMBLE EGG IN OUR RICE.
  • FINISHED WITH CORIENDER.
