- 1 T/S DARK SOYA SAUCE
- PEANUT OIL
- SALT TO TASTE
- 2 LARGE T/S OF CORIENDER

- HEAT THE PAN. ADD OIL THEN ADD CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC, ONIONS, AND CHILLI THEN MIX THE VEGETABLES AND TOSS IT WELL FOR 3 MINS.
- ADD BOILED PRAWNS.THEN ADD GARAM MASALA AND TOSS IT WELL. THEN ADD BOILED LONG GRAIN RICE AND SALT THEN SOYA SAUCE AND MIX IT WELL.
- COOKED IT FOR 5 MINS.DURING THE 5 MINS HEAT ANOTHER PAN AND BEAT THE EGG THE SCRAMBLE IN THE PAN THEN MIX THE OUR SCRAMBLE EGG IN OUR RICE.
- FINISHED WITH CORIENDER.
