  • 250 GRAMS BOILED PRAWNS.

FOR GRAVY:-

  • 1 STICK OF CINNAMON
  • 2 STAR ANISE
  • 5 CLOVE
  • 4 T/S OF CORIANDER SEEDS
  • 3 T/S OF CUMIN SEEDS
  • 4 ONIONS
  • 10 DRY RED CHILI
  • 4 SMALL CARDAMOM
  • 2 BIG CARDAMOM
  • 1/2 T/S OF BLACK PAPER
  • 3 WHOLE GARLIC AND 2 GINGER

.........LETS DO CHOPPING AND MIXING.........

  • 2 ONION CHOPPED
  • 2 TOMATO CRUSHED
  • 1 T/S OF CUMIN
  • 1 T/S OF TURMERIC
  • 2 T/S OF CHILI POWDER
  • 1 T/S CORIANDER POWDER
  • 1/2 T/S GARAM MASALA.
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 4 T/S OIL
  • 3 T/S CORIANDER

STEP 1:-

  • BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY TILL IT BECOME SMOOTH AND FINE.

STEP 2:-

  • HEAT THE PAN. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND CHOPPED ONION THEN ADD BLEND MASALA FOR GRAVY.COOK THE MASALA FOR 14 MINS TILL THE MASALA WITH REDUCE THE ALL WATER AND LEAVE THEN OIL.

STEP 3:-

  • ADD NOW CHOPPED TOMATO AND AGAIN COOKED IT FOR 5 MINS THE ADD 550 ML WATER AND SALT THEN ADD BOILED PRAWNS AND AT LAST COOKED IT FOR 10 MINS. MIX THE CORIANDER.
