###INGREDIENTS###


  • 250 ML MILK 
  • 2 T/S ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 
  • 1 T/S NUTMEG POWDER 
  • 5 PEELED GARLIC CLOVES 
  • 175 GRAMS MECCHRONI PASTA
  • 100 GRAMS GRATED PROCESSED CHEESE 
  • 20 GRAMS BUTTER 
  • 4 TIGER CHILLI (ORDINARY CHILLI WILL ALSO WORK) 
  • 1 T/S DRIED OREGANO 
  • 1 T/S FRESH THYME 
  • 4 T/S VEGETABLE OIL 
  • 50 GRAMS BELL PEPPER (RED, YELLOW, GREEN) 
  • 50 GRAMS DICED MUSHROOM
  • SALT TO TASTE 
  • 1 T/S BLACK PEPPER 



#### METHOD ####

  • HEAT THE PAN AND ADD BUTTER ON IT. MIX ALL PURPOSE FLOUR INTO BUTTER AND FRY IT UNTIL ITS SMELL SWEET. 
  •  ADD MILK IN IT (LUNMBS OR BUBBLE SHOULD NOT TAKE PLACE IN IT), ADD NUTMEG POWDER , SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND 1 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVE. COOK IT UNTIL IT BECOMES THICK AND SMOOTH..

  • HEAT THE PAN AND ADD VEGETABLE OIL. THEN ADD CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES, TIGER CHILLI, BELL PEPPER, MUSHROOMS, FRESH THYME, AND FRY IT WELL.
  • THEN FIRSTLY  ADD BOILED MACCHRONI PASTA IN IT, THEN ADD WHITE SAUCE, THEN DRIED OREGANO, THEN AT LAST ADD PROCESSED CHEESE AND MIX IT WELL AND STIR OR FOR 3 MINUTES.
