***MEAT BALLS IN SPINACH CURRY ***
##INGREDIENTS##
- 200 GRAMS MEET KHEEMA.
- 350 GRAMS SPINACH.
- 40 GRAMS GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
- 1 CHOPPED TOMATO.
- 3 FINE CHOPPED ONIONS.
- 75 GRAMS GREEN CORIANDER.
- 2 BASIL.
- 1 BAY LEAF.
- 1/2 STAR ANISE AND CINNAMON.
- 4 TIGER CHILLI (ACCORDING TO YOUR SPICINESS ).
- 1 LIME JUICE.
- 2 t/s ALL GROUND SPICE.
- 1 t/s CHILLI FLAKES.
- SALT (ACCORDING TO TASTE).
- 350 ML WARM WATER
- OLIVE OIL TO FRY MEAT BALLS.
- 1 EGG.
《《METHOD》》
- TAKE A LARGE BOWL . PUT THE MEAT KHEEMA IN THE BOWL .
- ADD SALT , CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATO , GINGER GARLIC PASTE , GREEN CORIANDER , CHOPPED BASIL , CHILLIES , CHILLI FLAKES , ALL GROUND SPICE AND EGG COMBINE . SALT TO TASTE . MIX IT WELL .
- BOIL THE SPINACH . BLEND IT WELL .
- HEAT THE PAN. PUT THE OLIVE OIL IN THE HEAT PAN.
- ADD ONION , BAY LEAF, STAR ANISE AND CINNAMON . STIR IT WELL .
- ADD THE SPINACH PURY.
- MAKE THE SMALL SIZE OF MEAT BALLS AND SALLOW FRY IT . IT WILL COOK IN 10 MINS .
- ADD THE COOKED MEAT BALLS IN THE SPINACH PURY AND COOKED IT 12 MINS TILL MEAT BALLS ABSORB THE PURY. AT LAST ADD THE ALL GROUND SPICE .
