Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

  • 4 PEELED BOILED POTATOES 
  • 1/2 CUP FRESH CREAM 
  • 300 ML MILK 
  • 4 PEELED GARLIC CLOVES 
  • 1 SMALL T/S NUTMEG POWDER 
  • 2 LARGE T/S CHILLI FLAKES 
  • 1 T/S DRY THYME 
  • 3 LARGE T/S FRESH CORIENDER 
  • SALT TO TASTE 
  • 1 T/S MAGIC GARLIC POWDER 
  • 2 T/S OLIVE OIL 


>>>>>METHOD <<<<<


  • HEAT A PAN AND PUT OLIVE OIL IN IT. 
  • TAKE A MASHER AND MASH THE PEELED BOILED POTATOES. 
  • ADD THYME, CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES AND ADD MASHED POTATOES IN IT. THEN ADD FRESH CREAM, MILK, NUTMEG POWDER, SALT, CHILLI FLAKES, GARLIC MAGIC POWDER AND MIX IT WELL. 
  •  AT LAST ADD FRESH CORIANDER (CILANTRO). 
  • AND FINISH WITH THE PINCH OF NUTMEG POWDER.
