Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

NOTE:- TO MAKE THIS DESSERT YOU SHOULD SOAK THE GREEN GRAM BEANS FOR MINIMUM 6 HOURS BEFORE MAKING THIS .


!!!!! INGREDIENTS !!!!!

  • 500 GRAMS GREEN GRAM BEANS
  • 400 GRAMS GRIND SUGAR
  • 1/2 T/S YELLOW FOOD COLOR
  • 5 GRAMS GRIND CARDAMOM
  • 15 GRAMS ALMOND
  • 15 GRAMS CASHEWNUTS
  • 10 GRAMS PISTACHIOS
  • 400 GRAMS GHEE (BUTTER)

!!!!! METHODS !!!!!

  •  GRIND THE GREEN GRAM BEANS UTILL IT BECOMES THICK.
  • TAKE A PAN AND ADD BUTTER IN IT. THEN ADD THE THICK GREEN GRAM BEANS PURY IN IT. AND STIR IT UNTILL IT TURNS INTO LIGHT PINK.
  • THEN PUT THE HEATED GREEN GRAM BEANS PURY ASIDE UNTILL ITS GET COLD.
  • AFTER THE PURY GET COLD ADD THE GRIND SUGAR IN IT .
  • THEN CUT ALMOND, CASHEWNUTS AND  PISTACHIOS INTO SMALL PIECES AND ADD IT INTO THE MIXTURE OF GREEN GRAM BEANS WITH GRIND CARDAMOM.
  • NOW MIX THE MIXTURE WELL AND GIVE IT A ROUND SHAPE.
