GREEN GRAM BEANS LADDU
NOTE:- TO MAKE THIS DESSERT YOU SHOULD SOAK THE GREEN GRAM BEANS FOR MINIMUM 6 HOURS BEFORE MAKING THIS .
!!!!! INGREDIENTS !!!!!
- 500 GRAMS GREEN GRAM BEANS
- 400 GRAMS GRIND SUGAR
- 1/2 T/S YELLOW FOOD COLOR
- 5 GRAMS GRIND CARDAMOM
- 15 GRAMS ALMOND
- 15 GRAMS CASHEWNUTS
- 10 GRAMS PISTACHIOS
- 400 GRAMS GHEE (BUTTER)
!!!!! METHODS !!!!!
- GRIND THE GREEN GRAM BEANS UTILL IT BECOMES THICK.
- TAKE A PAN AND ADD BUTTER IN IT. THEN ADD THE THICK GREEN GRAM BEANS PURY IN IT. AND STIR IT UNTILL IT TURNS INTO LIGHT PINK.
- THEN PUT THE HEATED GREEN GRAM BEANS PURY ASIDE UNTILL ITS GET COLD.
- AFTER THE PURY GET COLD ADD THE GRIND SUGAR IN IT .
- THEN CUT ALMOND, CASHEWNUTS AND PISTACHIOS INTO SMALL PIECES AND ADD IT INTO THE MIXTURE OF GREEN GRAM BEANS WITH GRIND CARDAMOM.
- NOW MIX THE MIXTURE WELL AND GIVE IT A ROUND SHAPE.
