Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

  • MIXED GREENS, ENOUGH FOR ONE MEDIUM-SIZED SALAD BOWL
  • 1 CUP SUNFLOWER SEED SPROUTS, LOOSELY PACKED
  • 3⁄4 CUP CARROTS, GRATE 
  • 1⁄4 CUP BEETS, GRATED
  • 1⁄4 CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS, CHOPPED INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES
  • 1 HEAPING TBSP DRIED CRANBERRIES RAISINS
  • 1 TBSP RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS 
  • 1⁄4 CUP FRESH MINT LEAVES, CHOPPED

  • JUICE OF 1 LEMON
  • 4 TBSP HEMP SEED OIL OR OLIVE OIL
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED 
  • 1 TSP DIJON MUSTARD 
  • SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE


##METHODS##


  • IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE ALL SALAD INGREDIENTS AND TOSS.
  • IN A JAR, COMBINE ALL DRESSING INGREDIENTS AND SHAKE WELL. 
  • POUR OVER SALAD, TOSS AGAIN, AND SERVE.
