GARLIC CHUTNEY
### INGREDIENTS###
- 3 T/S VEGETABLE OIL.
- 6 GARLIC CLOVES.
- SALT (ACCORDING TO TASTE).
- RED CHILLI POWDER( ACCORDING TO SPICENESS).
- 2 T/S CORRIANDER POWDER.
- 1 SMALL T/S MANGO POWDER.
- 1/2 T/S CUMIN SEEDS.
- 1/2 T/S OF GARAM MASALA.
- 2 CUP OF WATER.
### METHOD###
- TAKE A PAN AND PUT VEGETABLE OIL IN IT.
- CRUSH THE GARLIC CLOVES UNTILL THE OIL GETS HEATED.
- THEN TAKE ONE BOWL AND ADD CRUSHED GARLIC, SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, CORRINDER POWDER, MANGO POWDER AND GARAM MASALA IN IT.
- THEN ADD WATER IN BOWL AND MIX IT WELL WITH OTHER SPICES.
- THEN ADD THE CUMIN SEEDS IN THE PRE-HEATED OIL.
- AT LAST ADD THE GARLIC SPICE MIX GRAVY INTO THE OIL( ADD IT SLOWLY IN OIL, FAST ADDING IN OIL CAN MAKE THE OIL COME UPON YOU).
- HEAT THE SPICE INTO OIL UNTILL ITS BECOME THICK.
