Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

### INGREDIENTS###

  • 3 T/S VEGETABLE OIL.
  • 6 GARLIC CLOVES.
  • SALT (ACCORDING TO TASTE).
  • RED CHILLI POWDER( ACCORDING TO SPICENESS).
  • 2 T/S CORRIANDER POWDER.
  • 1 SMALL T/S MANGO POWDER.
  • 1/2 T/S CUMIN SEEDS.
  • 1/2 T/S OF GARAM MASALA.
  • 2 CUP OF WATER.


### METHOD###

  • TAKE A PAN AND PUT VEGETABLE OIL IN IT.
  • CRUSH THE GARLIC CLOVES UNTILL THE OIL GETS HEATED.
  • THEN TAKE ONE BOWL AND ADD CRUSHED GARLIC, SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, CORRINDER POWDER, MANGO POWDER AND GARAM MASALA IN IT.
  • THEN ADD WATER IN BOWL AND MIX IT WELL WITH OTHER SPICES.
  • THEN ADD THE CUMIN SEEDS IN THE PRE-HEATED OIL.
  • AT LAST ADD THE GARLIC SPICE MIX GRAVY INTO THE OIL( ADD IT SLOWLY IN OIL, FAST ADDING IN OIL CAN MAKE THE OIL COME UPON YOU).
  • HEAT THE SPICE INTO OIL UNTILL ITS BECOME THICK.
