#### INGREDIENTS ####
- 2 T/S VEGETABLE OIL.
- 6 FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES .
- 2 GRAM OF CHOPPED GINGER.
- FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI (AS PER SPICENESS).
- 1 CAPISCUM.
- 1/2 FINELY CHOPPED CABBAGE.
- 2 FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES.
- 3 FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS.
- 3 T/S OF SOYA SAUCE.
- 3 T/S OF CHILLI SAUCE.
- SALT ( ACCORDING TO TASTE).
- 1 SMALL T/S CHING FRIED RICE MASALA.
- 150 GRAMS OF BOILED RICE.
#### METHOD ####
- TAKE A PAN AND PUT VEGETABLE OIL IN IT. LET IT GET HEATED FOR 2 MINS.
- NOW FIRST OF ALL FRY GARLIC AND GINGER INTO THE OIL, THEN ADD FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND CAPISCUM TO GET FRIED. NOW ADD ONION AND FRY IT FOR 2 MINS, THEN ADD TOMATOES AND THEN CABBAGE.
- NOW FRY ALL THE MIXTURE FOR 2 MINUTES.
- ADD SALT IN IT AS PER YOUR TASTE( SALT SHOULD BE ADDED KEEPING ALL THE MIXTURE IN MIND).
- NOW ADD SOYA SAUCE AND CHILLI SAUCE IN THE MIXTURE AND THEN ADD CHING FRIED RICE MASALA IN IT.
- NOW ITS TURN FOR RICE TO GET ADDED. ADD RICE IN THE MIXTURE AND MIX IT WELL.
- NOW GARNISH IT WITH FRESH CILANTROA AND SERVE IT.
