Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

  • 2 SMALL PITA BREADS, TORN INTO PIECES
  • 1 LARGE CUCUMBER, FINELY DICED
  • 3 CUPS ROUGHLY CHOPPED TOMATOES
  • 1/2 RED ONION, FINELY DICED
  • 3/4 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
  • 3/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH MINT
  • 2 GREEN CHILLI FINE CHOPPED
  • 2 T/S EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON FRESH lIME JUICE
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC CRUSHED
  • KOSHER SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
  • SUMACCRUMBLED SHEEP-MILK FETA CHEESE

STEP:-1

  • TAKE A LARGE BOWL FOR MIX THE ALL SALAD AND INGREDIENTS LIKE TOMATOES, SLICED ONION,PARSLEY, CHILLI TOSS THEM.

STEP 2:-

  • MAKE A DRESSING FOR SALAD
  • TAKE SMALL BOWL ADD LIME JUICE, CRUSHED GARLIC MIX IT WELL (YOU CAN ALSO ADD 1 T/S OF HONEY)

STEP 3:-

  • ADD THE DRESSING IN TO SALAD AND MIX IT WITH SOFT HAND.ADD PITA BREAD FOR CRUNCH OF BITE THEN ADD FETA CHEESE AND MINT FOR FRESHNESS, KOSHER SALT - BLACK PEPPER FOR SEASONING. 

STEP 4:-

  • GARNISH WITH THE LAST PCS OF PITA BREAD
