  • 100 GRAMS OF URAD DAAL
  • 200 GRAMS OF RICE.

FOR EGG HOPPERS

  • 1 EGG
  • 1/2 RED CHILI POWDER
  • PINCH OF SALT
  • PINCH OF GARAM MASALA

  • SOCK THE RICE AND URAD DAAL OVER NIGHT.THEN BLEND IT.
  • HEAT THE PAN.ADD SOME DROP OF OIL THEN PUT THE BETTER IN IT AND SPREAD IT OVER THE PAN.THEN BREAK THE EGG ON THE HOPPERS.
  • ADD PINCH OF SALT, PINCH OF GARAM MASALA THEN CHILI POWDER.
  • COVER WITH THE LEAD AND COOKED IT FOR 3-4 MIN.
