  • 1 PLATE FLOUR
  • 1 PLATE CRUSHED CORNFLAKES
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 1/2 T/S CORIENDER POWDER
  • 1 T/S CHILLI PEPPER
  • 1/4 T/S ARTIFICIAL FOOD COLOR
  • 1 1/2 T/S DRIED HERBS(ROSEMARY, THYEM, MINT ETC)
  • 1/2 T/S CUMIN
  • 1 CUP HUNG CURD
  • OIL FOR FRYING

  • CUT THE CHICKEN WINGS IN DEEPLY.
  • MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND MARINATE THE CHICKEN.AND REST IT FOR 2 HOURS.
  • AFTER 2 HOURS.TAKE A PIECE OF CHICKEN WINGS AND COAT WITH THE FLOUR.THE COAT WITH CORNFLAKES. 
  • DEEP FRY THE ALL CHICKEN WINGS( DON'T HIGH THE FLAME) COOKED AT MEDIUM FLAME.
  • SERVE WITH SOME LEMON SLICE
