  • 25 GRAMS OF MINT
  • 75 GRAMS OF CORIANDER
  • 10 GRAMS OF SPINACH PURY (OPTIONAL)
  • 2 MEDIUM SIZE ONION CHOPPED
  • 20 ML TOMATO PURY
  • 2 LARGE T/S GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  • PINCH OF SUGAR TO BALANCE THE FLAVOUR
  • 1 T/S CUMIN
  • 1 BAY LEAVE,3 CARDAMOM, 2 CLOVE, 1 KASHMIRI LAL MIRCH,3-4 BLACK PAPER
  • 3 SHARP GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  •  30 GRAMS CHESHEWNUTS PASTE
  • 1 T/S DRIED MANGO POWDER
  • VEGETABLE OIL(ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENT)
  • CHILLI POWDER
  • SALT TO TASTE

  • LETS CUT THE COTTAGE CHEESE OR PANEER IN VERY LITTLE CUBES.
  • HEAT A PAN.ADD THE BAY LEAVE, CARDAMOM, CLOVES,KASHMIRI RED CHILLI AND PEPPER CORNS AND ROAST IT.TILL IT BECOME FRAGRANTFULL AROMA.CRUSH THE ALL SPICES FINELY.
  • HEAT THE ANOTHER PAN.ADD OIL AND START WILL CUMIN SEEDS AND STIR IT THEN ADD OUR CHOPPED ONIONS AND CHILLIS.STIR IT WELL TILL IT BECOME GOLDEN BROWN COLOR.ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND COOKED IT FOR 2 MINS THEN ADD MINT, CORIANDER, SPINACH PURY AGAIN YOU HAVE TO COOK IT FOR 5 MIN.
  • NOW ADD THE TOMATO PURY AND STIR AGAIN AND AGAIN THE USE CHESHEWNUTS PASTE FOR SOME THICKNESS OF GRAVY.
  • NOW ADD COTTAGE CHEESE AND MIX IT WELL THEN ADD SALT TO TASTE, PINCH OF SUGAR FOR BALANCE, AND DRIED MANGO POWDER AND SOME OF CHILLI POWDER AND MIX 2 SMALL T/S CRUSHED SPICE. AND COOKED IT FOR LAST 4 MINS.
  • GARNISH WITH THE SOME OF FRESH CREAM.
