  • 2 T/S GARAM MASALA
  • VEGETABLE OIL
  • 3 ONION CHOPPED
  • SALT TO TASTE

  • HEAT THE PAN.ADD OIL AND TURMERIC POWDER ADD LONG GRAIN RICE AND STIR IT WELL. UNTILL IT BECOME NICE FRAGRANCEFULL SMELL IN YOUR KITCHEN AND COOKED IT ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  • TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER AND ADD MUTTON AND WATER AND ADD THE ALL HOT SPICES WHICH IS WROTE IN INGREDIENTS.
  • BOIL IT FOR 15 MINS.
  • NOW KEEP THE SIDE THAT BOILED MUTTON AND HEAT THAT PRESSURE COOKER AGAIN NOW ADD OIL,CUMIN SEEDS, ONIONS AND STIR IT WELL.
  • NOW ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND STIR AGAIN AND AGAIN THEN ADD OUR DRY MASALA (TURMERIC, CHILLI POWDER, AND GARAM MASALA THEN ADD 1 TOMATO PURY COOKED IT WELL THEN ADD BOILED MUTTON AND LONG GRAIN RICE NOW ADD WATER 500 ML WATER.
  • WHISTLE IT FOR 4-5 TIMES.GARNISH WITH THE CORIENDER LEAVES
  • AND SERVE WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SALAD, SALSA OR MASALEDAAR YOGURT OR BUTTER MILK.
