- 2 T/S TURMERIC POWDER
- 3 & 1/2 T/S RED CHILLI POWDER
- 1 T/S CUMIN SEEDS
- 2 T/S GARAM MASALA
- VEGETABLE OIL
- 3 ONION CHOPPED
- SALT TO TASTE

- HEAT THE PAN.ADD OIL AND TURMERIC POWDER ADD LONG GRAIN RICE AND STIR IT WELL. UNTILL IT BECOME NICE FRAGRANCEFULL SMELL IN YOUR KITCHEN AND COOKED IT ON MEDIUM FLAME.
- TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER AND ADD MUTTON AND WATER AND ADD THE ALL HOT SPICES WHICH IS WROTE IN INGREDIENTS.
- BOIL IT FOR 15 MINS.
- NOW KEEP THE SIDE THAT BOILED MUTTON AND HEAT THAT PRESSURE COOKER AGAIN NOW ADD OIL,CUMIN SEEDS, ONIONS AND STIR IT WELL.
- NOW ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND STIR AGAIN AND AGAIN THEN ADD OUR DRY MASALA (TURMERIC, CHILLI POWDER, AND GARAM MASALA THEN ADD 1 TOMATO PURY COOKED IT WELL THEN ADD BOILED MUTTON AND LONG GRAIN RICE NOW ADD WATER 500 ML WATER.
- WHISTLE IT FOR 4-5 TIMES.GARNISH WITH THE CORIENDER LEAVES
