Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

  • 100 GRAMS SOBA NOODLES
  • 2 T/S SOYA SAUCE
  • 2 T/S HONEY
  • 2 GARLIC CRUSHED
  • 1 T/S RICE WINE VINEGAR
  • 20 GRAMS TOAST SESAME
  • 1 T/S SESAME OIL
  • 1 T/S CHILLI FLAKES
  • 1 SPRING ONION FOR SHARPNESS
  • SALT TO TASTE

  • BOILED THE SOBA NOODLES FOR 2 MINS.
  • TAKE THE LARGE BOWL AND MAKE DRESSING WITH THE HONEY, VINEGAR, SOYA SAUCE, GARLIC, SPRING ONION, SESAME OIL, CHILLI FLAKES AND ADD THE BOILED NOODLES.
  • MIX IT WELL.THEN ADD TOASTED SESAME SEEDS AND TOSS IT.
  • COOL IT FOR 2 HOURS.NOW YOU CAN EAT YOUR COLD NOODLES.
