♣♣INGREDIENTS♣♣
- 1 CUP RISOTTO RICE.
- 1 CHOPPED MEDIUM ONION.
- 3 SHARP CHOPPED CHILLI, 3 CLOVE OF GARLIC.
- 1 T/S RED CHILLI POWDER.
- 1 T/S CORIEN.
- SALT TO TASTE.
- 100 GRAMS OF BUTTER.
- 120 GRAMS OF CHEESE.
- 3 T/S FRESH CORIANDER.
- 200 ML VEGETABLE STOCK.
- 1/2 CUP FRESH CREAM.
- GARNISH WITH OREGANO AND DRIED MINT.
▶▶▶METHOD◀◀◀
- HEAT A PAN. ADD BUTTER AND RISOTTO RICE AND STIR IT WELL.
- CHOP THE ONION AND GREEN CHILLI AND FINE CHOPPED GARLIC.MIXED IT WELL.
- ADD CHILLI AND CORIANDER POWDER, SALT. STIR AGAIN.
- ADD VEGETABLE STOCK SLOWLY SLOWY IN RISOTTO. AFTER 15 MINS STIR IT AND AND ADD BUTTER, FRESH CREAM, GRATED CHEESE.AND COOKED IT FOR LAST 5 MINS.
- GARNISH WITH THE CHOPPED CORIANDER AND FRESH CREAM
