♣♣INGREDIENTS♣♣

  • 1 CUP RISOTTO RICE.
  • 1 CHOPPED MEDIUM ONION.
  • 3 SHARP CHOPPED CHILLI, 3 CLOVE OF GARLIC.
  • 1 T/S RED CHILLI POWDER.
  • 1 T/S CORIEN.
  • SALT TO TASTE.
  • 100 GRAMS OF BUTTER.
  • 120 GRAMS OF CHEESE.
  • 3 T/S FRESH CORIANDER.
  • 200 ML VEGETABLE STOCK.
  • 1/2 CUP FRESH CREAM.
  • GARNISH WITH OREGANO AND DRIED MINT.


▶▶▶METHOD◀◀◀

  • HEAT A PAN. ADD BUTTER AND RISOTTO RICE AND STIR IT WELL.
  • CHOP THE ONION AND GREEN CHILLI AND FINE CHOPPED GARLIC.MIXED IT WELL.
  • ADD CHILLI AND CORIANDER POWDER, SALT. STIR AGAIN. 
  • ADD VEGETABLE STOCK SLOWLY SLOWY IN RISOTTO.  AFTER 15 MINS STIR IT AND AND ADD BUTTER, FRESH CREAM, GRATED CHEESE.AND COOKED IT FOR LAST 5 MINS.
  • GARNISH WITH THE CHOPPED CORIANDER AND FRESH CREAM
