  • 250 GRAMS OF STICKY BOILED RICE
  • 100 GRAMS BOILED MASHED POTATOES
  • 2 T/S GARLIC
  • 1 1/2 T/S CHILLI FLAKES
  • 100 GRAMS GO CHEESE
  • 2 T/S HOT SPICE POWDER
  • 20 GRAMS SPRING ONION
  • 10 GRAMS CHOPPED CARROT
  • 1 T/S BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 BEATEN EGG
  • 1 PLATE OF FLATE OATS
  • OIL FOR FRYING
  • SALT TO TASTE

STEP:-1

  • TAKE A LARGE BOWL. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL LIKE STICKY BOILED RICE, POTATOES, GARLIC, SPICES, SPRING ONION, SALT, PEPPER ETC,  WHICH IS WRITTEN IN INGREDIENTS. 

STEP 2:-

  • MAKE A SMALL BALLS AND MIX CHEESE IN IT.

STEP 3:-

  • DIP IN THE BEATEN EGG THEN COAT WITH OATS WELL.

STEP 4:-

  • DEEP FRY THE RICE BALLS. AND SERVE WITH MAYONNAISE.
