BREAD SPICY NOODLES

- 250 GRAMS UNSTICKY BOILED NOODLES
- 75 GRAMS OF ALL VEGETABLES (CAPSICUM, SPRING ONION, SNAKE BEANS, CARROTS.)
- 3 SHARP CHILI FOR SPICINESS
- 4 THICK AND CRUNCHY BREAD
- 2 T/S DARK SOYA SAUCE
- 1/2 CUP TOMATO KETCHUP
- 2 T/S GARLIC
- 2 1/2 T/S GINGER
- 1 T/S CHILI SAUCE
- OLIVE OIL
- SALT TO TASTE.

STEP 1:-
- HEAT A WOK.ADD OIL THEN ADD CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC, CHILI,SPRING ONION, AND ALL THE VEGETABLES AND TOSS IT.
STEP 2:-
- ADD NOODLES AND AGAIN TOSS IT WELL. THEN ADD SOYA SAUCE, CHILI SAUCE AND TOMATO KETCHUP. MIX IT WELL IN THE HOT WOK FOR 2-3 MINS ONLY.
STEP 3:-
FOR PLATING:-
- TAKE A PLATE.THEN PUT THE SPICY NOODLES IN PLATE THEN DRESSING WITH OLIVE OIL.
STEP 4:-
- GARNISH WITH THE CRISPY AND CRUNCHY BREAD PIECE THEN ADD TOMATO KETCHUP.
