  • 250 GRAMS UNSTICKY BOILED NOODLES
  • 75 GRAMS OF ALL VEGETABLES (CAPSICUM, SPRING ONION, SNAKE BEANS, CARROTS.)
  • 3 SHARP CHILI FOR SPICINESS
  • 4 THICK AND CRUNCHY BREAD
  • 2 T/S DARK SOYA SAUCE
  • 1/2 CUP TOMATO KETCHUP
  • 2 T/S GARLIC
  • 2 1/2 T/S GINGER
  • 1 T/S CHILI SAUCE
  • OLIVE OIL
  • SALT TO TASTE.

STEP 1:-

  • HEAT A WOK.ADD OIL THEN ADD CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC, CHILI,SPRING ONION, AND ALL THE VEGETABLES AND TOSS IT.

STEP 2:-

  • ADD NOODLES AND AGAIN TOSS IT WELL. THEN ADD SOYA SAUCE, CHILI SAUCE AND TOMATO KETCHUP. MIX IT WELL IN THE HOT WOK FOR 2-3 MINS ONLY.

STEP 3:-
FOR PLATING:-

  • TAKE A PLATE.THEN PUT THE SPICY NOODLES IN PLATE THEN DRESSING WITH OLIVE OIL.

STEP 4:-

  • GARNISH WITH THE CRISPY AND CRUNCHY BREAD PIECE THEN ADD TOMATO KETCHUP.
