  • 1 KG LADYFINGER( FINELY CHOPPED INTO SMALL PIECES)
  • 2 ONIONS (SLICED)
  • GREEN CHILIES ( AS PER SPICINESS, RECOMMENDED 3-4 FINELY CHOPPED)
  • SALT (AS PER TASTE)
  • 2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  • RED CHILI POWDER ( AS PER SPICINESS)
  • 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  • OIL TO FRY
  • 1 LEMON JUICE
  • FRESH CORIANDER (HANDFUL AMOUNT)
  • 1/2 GARAM MASALA

  • TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND LET IT GET HEATED.
  • THEN ADD GREEN CHILIES AND ONION AND LET IT FRY.
  • NOW ADD SALT, RED CHILI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND GARAM MASALA IN IT.
  • NOW ADD LADYFINGER IN IT, MIX IT AND COVER IT FOR 5 MINUTES.
  • NOW REMOVE THE COVER ADD LEMON JUICE IN IT AND MIX IT.
  • AT LAST GARNISH IT WITH FRESH CORIANDER .
