  • OIL FOR FRYING.
  • 500 GRAMS OF POTATOES.
  • 4 FINELY SLICED ONION.
  • GINGER PASTE( 5GRAMS).
  • GARLIC PASTE (4-6 CLOVES AS PER TASTE).
  • SALT TO TASTE.
  • TSP OF THYME(AJWAIN).
  • GREEN CHILLI PASTE( AS PER SPICINESS)
  • 1 CUP OF GRAM FLOUR.
  • 1 TSP OF GARAM MASALA.
  • 2 TSP OF CORRIANDER POWDER.
  • RED CHILLI POWDER( AS PER SPICINESS).
  • 1 TSP OF POMOGRANATE POWDER.
  • FRESH CORRIANDER LEAVES.( AN HANDFUL AMOUNT).

  • CUT POTATOES INTO LONG PIECES.
  • NOW TAKE GRAM FLOUR ADD OIL AND WATER IN IT, NOW ADD SALT ,GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE , THYME AND MIX IT WELL UNTILL IT BECOMES THIN.
  • FIRST MARINATE THE POTAOTES THEN ADD THEM INTO THE MIXTURE OF GRAM FLOUR.
  • NOW HEAT THE OIL FOR DEEP FRYING, NOW DEEP FRY THE POTATOES. AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  • NOW TAKE A PAN ADD 3 TSP OF OIL IN IT.
  • NOW ADD SLICED ONION INTO OIL, ADD SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, GREEN CHILLI PASTE, POMOGRANATE POWDER, GARAM MASALA AND MIX IT WELL.
  • NOW ADD THE DEEP FRIED POTATOES IN IT AND COOK IT FOR SOME TIME.
  • NOW ADD FRESH CORRIANDER LEAVES AT TOP OF AMRITSARI ALOO.
